I moved here to Spring Hill, FL from N.Y. in 2013.
I live in a wonderful, small non gated, HOA regulated community called the Oaks.
I have 3 amazing children. I am also a blessed grandma with a set of twin boys.
I would like to point out some key factors on why Spring Hill. My daughter moved down here to further her career and to start a family with her then boyfriend, now husband. We wanted to be closer to our daughter. My youngest son really wanted out of N.Y. and move to Florida, making it easy with our decision to move down. My husband was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma in 2010 and needed to be close to a well reputable Cancer Center and Doctors (Moffitt Cancer Center), this was a big factor. We are close to Amusements parks, Disney, Universal, Bush Gardens, state parks, beaches, the city life of Tampa, etc. Spring Hill has all of our needs, great grocery stores, dept. stores, appliance stores, furniture stores, restaurants, pet stores, hospitals and doctors for pretty much everything. I enjoy the outdoors year round, I love nature, hiking, fishing, kayaking as well as “trying to golf”. This turned out to be the best decision for all.
I needed a challenge for myself. Being a real estate agent is essentially running your own business from the ground up. I get guidance and support from my office staff, but the drive, determination & self-discipline must come from me. I am hard working and give 110% effort & support to my clients. Being new in this business makes me more determined. I have gone through the real estate process with the buying and selling of a home from my own experience. I know that feeling of anxiousness with a new home and that feeling of being bummed when having to sell. I have a great personality, trustworthy and I am old school; I have respect and believe in good hospitality.
I care and want my clients to feel relaxed, take a load off and let me help you through your needs.
